Kreeli Jewellery is a jewellery manufacturer who believes in giving the highest quality standards in its products. Our willingness of delivering the best possible quality, transparency and understanding the exact needs of our customer makes us different.


• Where are we based?

We have our jewellery manufacturing unit in the city well known as the diamond (HUB) of the world: Surat - the green city on the Southern geography of Gujarat.


• Is there any place I can see your collection?

Kreeli jewellery is an Online Jeweller, who can customize jewellery as per the needs of its customer. You will see all our products on our website. All our products are manufactured in our unit in Surat.


• Are your prices fix or you also offer discounts?

Our Prices are fix. We occasionally have promotions and discount offers on our website or through external sources.


• What all products do we offer on our website?

On our website we sell Diamonds and diamond studded jewellery.


• In case of urgency where should I contact?

Yes, we occasionally send our subscribers special offers and coupons and we also have special festive sales.


Delivery


• Is the shipping Free?

Yes, free shipping for any shipments within India.


• What is the estimated delivery time?

1) The delivery time varies from product to product. On the details of the product you will see the expected delivery date.


• How will the delivery be done?

Blue-Dart is the courier service we use to ship the products within India.


• How safe is my product?

The product when shipped from Kreeli is 100% insured door to door. So the product is totally safe. Blue-dart is a very reputed courier service. The use the best quality packaging for your ordered products hence the product is safe. If while accepting the parcel you feel it has been tempered, we request you not to accept the parcel and notify us at your earliest.


• While ordering I have entered a shipping address and now I want to change the address of the delivery. Is it possible?

Yes it is if the product is not dispatched from our side. You can get the status of your product on our Shipment Tracking page. If the status shows the product is not shipped, you can any time call us right away and get the shipping address changed.


Returning/Exchanging of your product


• What is your Return Policy?

Not a question asked – Flat ‘30 Days Return’ and ‘Full refund’. If you provide us a reason behind your return it will help us to serve you better in return. Within 30 days of the shipping date you can send us the product back in its original condition with the accessories received.


• Is any shipment charge applicable if I return the product?

No.


• How to return the product within 30 days?

As the first step you have to call our customer delight team and give them your order number and the order details.
You can then ship the product back to our address provided by our customer delight team by email only. You have to send the jewellery insured door to door and let us know the shipment tracking number.
All the original documents and accessories that come with the order has to be shipped along with the return.
After the parcel is received our production team will check the product and its accessories and then will confirm the return valid.

• Can I make a ring with my design ?

Yes you can. You can email us the design you have and let us know your budget. We can get the work done for you. But as we have vast options in customization you will definitely like something or the other from our stock.


• Does the pendants you have also include chains?

No. the pendants come without chains. You can select to include chain at an additional cost.


• How to I determine my ring size ?

• Does Kreeli sell Conflict Free diamonds?

Only conflict free diamonds are sold on Kreeli. Our diamonds are sourced from legitimate sources of diamond who strictly emphasis on the Kimberly Process Certificate (KPC). So the diamonds are 100% conflict free and are in compliance with the UN nations resolutions.


• How will my jewellery box be?

The jewellery that we ship you will arrive is a classically designs wooden box.


• Is my jewellery authentic and certified?

Our products have the Kreeli Grading Report with it. The diamonds are certified either by GIA, HRD or Kreeli.


• If I lost my warranty card or the certificate or any accessories that come with the product, does Kreeli reissue a new document for the same?

Yes. You can get a new certificate or the warranty card for your product. There will be an additional charge for it.


• How can I resize my Ring?

We offer lifetime resizing free on the Rings bought from Kreeli. Please read the resizing policy here www.kreeli.com By Free we mean the labour for resizing will not be charged. If there is any addition of gold or diamonds, the customer has to pay the additional charges for the same.


Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?

Indefinitely. We are ourselves a jewellery manufacturer. We do not get our jewellery manufactured on labour from other companies. In addition to that the diamond we sell come directly from diamonds manufacturers. Still, we leave it on you to decide, as you deserve the right to get the best price.


Making an online purchase


• How can I make a purchase from your website easily?

We have kept the process as simple as possible. Decide the product type you want to buy eg. Engagement Ring, Solitaire Earring & Pendant, Fine Diamond Rings, Earring, Pendant Bracelets & Necklaces, Gemstone Jewellery, Wedding Bands, etc.
Just follow the below steps:
1) For Custom Solitaire Jewellery, Select the diamond first and then design and add it to the basket or the design first and then the diamond.
2) For Fine Diamond Jewellery, you can just select the design and add to the basket.
3) For Gemstone Jewellery you can even select the gemstone of you choice and then add to the basket.
4) In the Basket click on Checkout button after selecting the product you would like to order from your basket.
5) Next Login and fill you billing and shipping details and make payment or choose to pay later by offline payment mode.
As the product is ready and shipped you will receive an email with the details and the shipment tracking number.


• If I don’t understand how to buy online, can I order by phone or email?

• Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes, the moment you place an order, you will receive an email with the pro-forma invoice and the details of your order.


• How to Cancel an Order?

• How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

Please log in to your Kreeli account and track your order in the "Order History" section of your account.


Payments


• How do I make a payment for a Kreeli purchase?

Kreeli offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card (including American Express), Net Banking, Demand Draft/Cheque and demand draft on delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Kreeli and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information


• Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.


• Are prices on Kreeli.com subject to change?

Prices on Kreeli.com are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Kreeli merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase


• How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard and Amex both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Kreeli and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information


• Payments by Demand Draft/Cheque

You can make the DD or Cheque in favour of "Kreeli Jewellery" Payable at Surat and send it to us at our registered address.

In case of cheque payments, orders will be processed only after clearance of the cheque. We will process your order upon receiving your payment and your item(s) will be couriered to you, or sent by Speed Post if there is no Courier Service operational in your area.

Enclose a covering letter with the details of your product (style no. description), your Shipping Address, Phone Number and Email Address. Kindly also send us an email informing us that you have sent your DD/Cheque. It will help us process your order quicker.


• How long will it take to get Cheque or Demand Draft cleared?

It would normally take 1-2 days.


• How long will it take to get refunds, if any?

Refund is processed within 10 to 15 working days and will be made through the same payment mode. Example: If amount is deducted from credit card, then the refund will go back to account itself. In case of cheque, a cheque of the refund amount would be issues in your name.


After Purchase Questions


• Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?

All sales prices are final and Kreeli does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.


• What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?

We offer free resizing for life time. The addition of gold and diamond we do in the ring be charged extra.


• What if there is a problem with my purchase?

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 30 days, we have a 30-day No questions asked Return Policy.


• Can I take a ring to my local jeweller to have it resized?

Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 30 day return and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.

If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the date. Yes, It's that simple .We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification.


• Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 30 days?

No. When we said, we'll return the money you paid in full, we meant it.


Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day return policy.

How do I return the product to Kreeli within 30days?

1. Call our customer delight team and they will let you know how to return the product.
2) We will courier you a Kreeli tamper proof package which can be used to return the product.
3) Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Kreeli. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
4) Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
5) Once your returned item is received by Kreeli, your refund or new item will be processed shortly
